Des mezze qu'on fait tourner, du pain qui sort du four, des viandes et des légumes passés au feu, et des plats pensés pour être partagés. La cuisine d'IMA est née à Val d'Isère ; elle arrive à Gustavia avec la même générosité.
Mezze passed around the table, bread straight from the oven, meat and vegetables cooked over fire, dishes made for sharing. IMA's cooking was born in Val d'Isère and comes to Gustavia with the same generosity.
